  Any time I go here I have to wait over an hour and up to 2. I don’t understand what takes so long at this one where other clinics are so quick. Avoid if you can.

  Wait times are really long. The lady who I saw took a very long time for each patient and it took 10-20 minutes for her to call the next patient in after the previous one had left.
  When I went in she seemed to be really struggling with the computer system and it took a long time for her to enter everything in.

  The lady is very nice and polite. Mornings are the busiest so it is likely to wait longer, but there is only 1 person, so that is understandable.

  The wait time is ridiculous if it’s a particular staff member on, she takes stupidly long for even the simplest blood tests for no reason. Stuff that I’ve had done other places in under 5 minutes will honest to god take her 15+. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for a test that I need done TODAY as it is time sensitive. I should know better by now but there isn’t another one I can get to. Genuinely ridiculous.
